About Gluttony

A two day+night decadent feast for the senses on the fringe of the city in leafy Rymill Park. Picnic on the lawn and groove to the laidback sounds on offer while tantalising your tastebuds with delectable food and wine from some of South Australia’s finest regional producers. The highly anticipated inaugural event will be a highlight of the 50th Adelaide Fringe opening weekend in February 2010.

Unique in its concept, Gluttony will transform Rymill Park into a day+night inner-city oasis where festival goers can feast on sumptuous food and wine while savouring extra special servings of film, music and Fringe highlights. A hip and sophisticated cultural offering, Gluttony seeks to establish an annual platform for showcasing leading, established and up-and-coming food and wine producers and restaurants from across regional South Australia, together with some of the best in film and Fringe acts from Australia and abroad, in a true gastronomic celebration

Gluttony is the vision of Ben Barnett, Justin Langton and Daniel Michael. With extensive experience in the events and hospitality industry and a consuming passion for food and wine in equal measure, they seek to grow Gluttony into a strong brand that can be toured to other food and wine regions in Australia.
